Always Leave Office On Time


Assalamualaikum



Bab balik awal, memang aku praktikkan lah...

Lagi 15min sebelum waktu balik, aku dah kemas-kemas barang & off komputer siap-siap...

Setakat ni, Alhamdulillah...dapat boss baik-baik aje dan tak kesah dapat secretary yang suka cuti cam aku ni...hahahaha

Secretary paling senang lenang lah bak kate officemate aku...

Tapi, aku balik cepat ke, lambat ke...productivity aku cam sama je...lagi-lagi lau cuti panjang...terus jatuh merudum kot...kwehkwehkweh...





Yang penting...family first..!!


Am i rite...? sape setuju...bagi aku dark chocolate...70% cocoa ye....hahahaha  =p

10 Surah dapat Menghalang daripada 10 ujian Besar Allah



1- Surah Al-Fatihah dapat memadam kemurkaan Allah SWT.

2- Surah Yasin dapat menghilangkan rasa dahaga atau kehausan pada hari Kiamat.

3- Surah Dukhan dapat membantu kita ketika menghadapi ujian Allah SWT pada hari kiamat.

4- Surah Al-Waqiah dapat melindungi kita daripada ditimpa kesusahan atau fakir.

5- Surah Al-Mulk dapat meringankan azab di dalam kubur.

6- Surah Al-Kauthar dapat merelaikan segala perbalahan.

7- Surah Al-Kafirun dapat menghalang kita daripada menjadi kafir ketika menghadapi kematian.

8- Surah Al-Ikhlas dapat melindungi kita daripada menjadi golongan munafiq.

9- Surah Al-Falq dapat menghapuskan perasaan hasad dengki.

10- Surah An-Nas dapat melindungi kita daripada ditimpa penyakit was-was.

8 Ways to Make a Man Feel like a Man

1. Let him order for you.
Ask him to take you to one of his favorite restaurants and insist he order for you. Since it's his spot, he will enjoy selecting something he's certain you will like. And, if you don't, send it back and let him try again.

2. Attend his company events.
If you and your guy work in different industries, this is the perfect chance to let him professionally flex his arm candy. Men are often proud of the women they love, so let him bask in showing you off.

3. Make his plate.

Waiting on your man lets him know he is special and you want to take care of him. Whether you are visiting in-laws, attending a cookout or eating Chinese takeout at home, make a plate for the booskie—at least every once in a while. He will feel like he's doing his job and be inspired by your appreciation.


4. Put him in charge of the directions.
Men like to think they are good at following and remembering directions. When he insists on knowing how to get somewhere, say O.K. Better yet, put the ball in his court and suggest he take the responsibility. You know, because he's so gifted.


5. Give him full reign in the bedroom.
Don't speak just moan and give your man complete control. Let him flip you up, down, over, under—whatever he wants (within predetermined parameters, of course). Talk dirty, scream and groan so he can take credit for the bad girl moment. He will fall asleep feeling like a stallion.


6. Teach him to drive while pleasured.
Men love oral sex, especially when it's uninhibited and spontaneous. Unzip his pants while he's driving and make that trip to church a little more exciting.


7. Give him a massage.
Ease him into the night after a long workday with a pre- or post-shower massage to help relieve tension. Verbalize how hard you know he works and how much you admire his ambition.


8. Thank him.
It doesn't have to be for anything out of the ordinary. In fact, it will probably go farther if it isn't. Focus on the small things like how he always opens doors or takes the initiative to make minor repairs around your condo. Let him know you are thankful to have a man who can care for you.

Jom Bersenam & Have Fun


Assalamualaikum


Pernah dengar walk of life dan 1000 steps a day?? Semua tu adalah untuk mengajak kita hidup ke arah yang lebih sihat...Yelah, di zaman serba moden ni, nk shopping pon dah tak payah kluar rumah lagi dah...klik-klik dan tunggu je barang sampai depan pintu rumah...pegi keje pon tak payah susah-susah naik turun bas cam orang dulu-dulu dah...masing-masing dah de kereta....bila parking jauh sikit dari pintu masuk office mula lah bising cakap malaslah nak jalan..panas lah....haishhhh [cm aku je  bunyinye ni..wakakaakak]

Bila ada orang ajak untuk jogging atau buat aktiviti seperti bersukan, mula lah keluar 1001 alasan..tak cukup masa lah..banyak kerja lah..banyak commitment lah...hari minggu nak rehat pulak..isk3..lau macam ni, bilanye nak stat healthy lifestyle nih....?? 

So, bagi orang-orang yang tak cukup masa, ada caranya untuk teruskan niat murni tu...tak susah..kalau nak seribu daya...kalau tak nak, bagi jelah 1001 alasan..pon tak susah jugak... =p

Sekarang semuanya di hujung jari...klik-klik je dah leh dapat pe yang kita nak...[jangan cari mende tak berfaedah dah la ye..]

Jom bersenam sendiri di rumah....

How to Handle Stress

aku sangat stress hari ni.  Aku rasa hari ni hari stress sedunia buat aku.  Dari pagi sampai petang bawak ke malam, makin bertambah situasi yang amat tak seronok nih.  Memang leh buat aku hangin satu badan lah.



...... stress ......





...... sangat-sangat stress .......





sebab aku sangat-sangat stress.... aku sedang mencari cara how to handle stress... dan ini aku dapat dari nasihat kawan-kawan aku...





1.  Crying Out Loud


sangat cute ok, bile nanges camni

dh jerit kuat-kuat cenggitu



then leh proceed to next step









2.  Tido, Sleep @ Shuijiao



tido yang lena dan cukup akan memancarkan keremajaan pada wajah (...yeke...??)



sila jangan tiru aksi ni...selain sakit-sakit badan..semut pon boleh masuk dalam telinga...



3. Makan Coklat



dark chocolate
makan dark choc sangat bagus untuk hilangkan stress coz kandungan cocoa yang tinggi dalam dark choc ni




saje je nak letak gak choc huruf 's' nih.......





ok, ni agak melampau..xpayah la smpai nak mandi ngan coklat..
baik mandi ngan susu kambing...leh lembutkan kulit lagik..heee...





jangan overdose...berpada-pada dalam segala hal~
(aku rasa coklat ni beracun..tu yang pompuan ni mati...tengok..tengok...tak sempat abiskan pon)




saya nak ni....saya nak ni...saya nak ni....




tiba-tiba rasa nak makan coklat, banana chocolate cake and chocolate mousse royale ice cream...mau pegi cari lah dalam peti ais..mane tau leh jumpa coklat...weeee...~~



oh ya, gambar-gambar ni saya amik kat google...



ok, babai..mau pi makan coklat..!
